| Dear Mr. Li I apologize for the delay in writing to you, but it seems that after our trip there have been non-stop work and family issues. However, at long last Hank and I want to thank you for putting together a most enjoyable tour of China. We learned so much about the country and found it fascinating and very lovely. The tour guides were excellent, very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. The hotels were fine and the meals were excellent. The flights went well. And, the drivers were amazing in what we thought were difficult driving conditions. The four of us decided that everything about the tour had exceeded our expectations. For that, we thank you for your planning and care. If you ever need a reference for the tour, we would be glad to provide one. I hope to mail to you this week the evaluation form for the specific tours/guides, with more detailed comments and some recommendations. Again, thank you. |

| Hi Frank, I just wanted to thank you again so much for planning such a great trip for us. We had an amazing time. I think we all liked Wolong the best. We got to play with 6 1-year old cubs...Wow was that fun. My whole foot was being chewed on by a panda...how cool is that? And we all loved Tibet. We wound up getting there a day late because of flight problems. Air China put us up in Chengdu for the extra night at the Homeland Hotel. What a gorgeous new hotel. Then early early the next morning they got us to Lhasa. Have you been to Lhasa? Such a beautiful, friendly place. Our guides everywhere were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. CITS did a great job....particularly YOU. Thanks again for everything!!!
